Moreover, we strive to keep the staff-to-patient ratio as low as possible. In our pediatrics department, each patient has his or her own dedicated nurse, and we require all pediatric anesthesiologists to be fellowship trained. Lastly, we require all our physicians and staff to be CPR, ACLS and PALS certified.
